Daltons Demolitions were appointed by Hearts FC to carry out the demolition and removal of the Old Main Stand, the Tynecastle Nursery School, Club Offices and former CEC Adult Training Centre / Club Shop on McLeod Street, Edinburgh. The works lasted 6 weeks November – December 2016 in the first phase to clear the ancillary buildings with the Main Stand Demolition Phase during May-July 2017.

We have now completed the Hearts FC Main Stand Demolition and had a major interface with other contractors who were sharing the site to build the New Main Stand adjacent and over and above our Active Demolition Zone. The works were certainly a big challenge with the coordination of a multitude of trades but we completed the 9 week programme over a near 8 week duration.
